The only sound was that of raindrops gently hitting the car, and the occasional sound of thunder in the distance. The sky, land, and water had all taken on tones of gray. The environment, in which I found myself, created an ambiance that was quieting to my soul. The stress of the day washed away. Drowsiness laid itself upon my tired mind, and summoned my eyes to close their blinds; so into that peaceful bliss my spirit could dwell, if only for a short spell.
